By accessing the WezvaTech website, submitting an enquiry, registering for a webinar, enrolling in a course, attending a class, using course materials, or communicating with our team, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website, submit forms, or enroll in our programs.

Programs And Enrollment

Course information, schedules, fees, curriculum, duration, batch timings, trainer availability, and delivery format may vary by program and batch. WezvaTech may update program details when required for operational, academic, or industry relevance.

Enrollment is confirmed only after completion of the applicable registration process and payment terms communicated by our team. Learners are responsible for providing accurate personal, contact, and background information during enrollment.

Fees, Payments And Refunds

Course fees, payment schedules, installment options, discounts, and offers are communicated at the time of enrollment. Any fee concession or special offer is valid only when confirmed by WezvaTech in writing or through official communication channels.

Refunds, if applicable, are governed by the program-specific refund policy shared during enrollment. Registration fees, consumed services, completed classes, downloadable materials, or administrative charges may be non-refundable depending on the program policy.

Failure to complete payment obligations may result in restricted access to classes, recordings, materials, support, certificates, or placement assistance.

Classes, Attendance And Learning Responsibilities

Learners are expected to attend classes regularly, complete assignments, participate in labs, follow trainer instructions, maintain respectful communication, and use provided resources responsibly.

Class recordings, if provided, are intended as learning support and may not be guaranteed for every session due to technical or operational reasons. Batch rescheduling, trainer substitution, or class timing changes may occur when necessary.

Course Materials And Intellectual Property

All course content, recordings, presentations, notes, lab guides, assignments, project files, website content, designs, logos, videos, and training materials are owned by or licensed to WezvaTech unless otherwise stated.

Learners may use course materials only for personal learning. Sharing, copying, uploading, selling, recording, redistributing, publicly posting, or commercially using WezvaTech materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Placement Assistance

Placement assistance may include resume guidance, interview preparation, mock interviews, job alerts, referral coordination, profile improvement, and career support depending on the program and learner eligibility.

WezvaTech does not guarantee employment, salary, job title, interview selection, offer letter, or placement timeline. Final hiring decisions are made by employers and depend on learner skills, performance, experience, market conditions, and company requirements.

Certificates And Completion

Certificates may be issued after successful completion of course requirements such as attendance, assignments, projects, assessments, or other criteria communicated by the trainer or support team.

WezvaTech may withhold certificates if required learner obligations, conduct requirements, or payment terms are not completed.

Website And Communication

Website content is provided for general information and may be updated without prior notice. We aim to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee that all content is always complete, current, or error-free.

By submitting forms or contacting us, you consent to receive communication from WezvaTech through phone, WhatsApp, SMS, email, or other channels related to enquiries, courses, webinars, support, offers, and service updates.

Learner Conduct

Learners must not misuse classes, platforms, recordings, groups, trainer time, or support channels. Harassment, abuse, spam, unauthorized promotion, cheating, content piracy, credential sharing, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.

Learners are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials, class links, private group access, and internal communications.

Limitation Of Liability

WezvaTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from website use, course participation, technical issues, third-party platforms, hiring outcomes, or delays beyond our reasonable control.

Our services are provided on a best-effort basis with the goal of delivering practical training and learner support, subject to operational feasibility and program terms.
